MyPhysio provides a home visiting service for patients who cannot reach us in clinic, we can come and visit and treat a spectrum of issues in the comfort of your own home or a residential or nursing home.
We can bring a wealth of equipment to your door, utilise our specialist exercise and therapy techniques and provide an assessment, diagnosis and personalised care plan.
We currently see patients with needs for general fitness, falls prevention, post operative orthopaedics, rehabilitation from injury, Neurological conditions such as Parkinsons Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke or Brain Injury, as well as chronic back pain, and arthritis to name a few.
Many of our patients find a regular session with Physio’s at home beneficial to staying independently mobile.
About us
Ella graduated from the University of Worcester with a First-Class Honours in physiotherapy (BSc) in 2020, going on to start her career within the Royal United Hospital in Bath where she completed 4 years of extensive rotations including 6 months on the Acute Neurology ward. This rotation inspired Ella to pursue her passion of neuro-rehabilitation and supporting people who have experienced neurological trauma and pathologies. Ella has worked with a vast range of conditions including Traumatic brain injuries, Spinal cord injuries, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis and Gillian Barre Syndrome, to name a few. Ella continues to gain neurological experience in both the NHS hospital setting and private sector where she sees patients in their home environment to promote independence and accessible rehab.
Ella is a member of ACPIN (The association of chartered physiotherapists interested in neurology) enabling her to access high quality neurology specific CPD. Ella has attended multiple courses over her career including the foundation in Bobath approach to helping those with neurological conditions and acupuncture course.
Ella’s keen interest is to empower and support people to reach their goals and independence with a holistic approach, supporting their families and loved ones too.
Physiotherapy at home
Our Domiciliary Physiotherapy service provides rehabilitation for patients within their own homes or in a community setting e.g a residential home. MyPhysio aims to help people to recover their movement and function as much as possible through teaching and helping patients to engage in movement, exercise and therapy techniques. We are recognised by all local `General practitioners as providing this service and have been added to the AgeUk list of recognised service providers.
What does our service provide?
Our specialist Physiotherapist delivers expert advice and support to patients.
They will help assess, and devise an individual patient care plan to enable the patient to remain at home during treatment rather than having to come into the clinic.
They pull on expert patient knowledge gathered over many years and strategies based on current evidence based practice.

People who need to receive physiotherapy in their own home or place of residence and have one or more of a wide range of conditions including:
- Orthopaedic conditions
- Immobility or loss of balance
- Falls
- Housebound patients
- Post Stroke
- Parkinsons Disease
- MS
- Neurolgical conditions
- MND
- Spinal cord or head injury
Prices:
Initial Consultation – £80 including treatment for 1 hour (this takes into account travel costs incurred by the Physiotherapist) and is payable by cash or cheque or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
Physiotherapy appointments are usually fully booked up, therefore we often have patients waiting for cancellation slots to be seen.
MyPhysio reserves the right to charge patients 50% of the chargeable Physiotherapy or massage fee for non attendance or failure to cancel their appointment with 24 hours notice.
